Sunday Meditation Series


SUNDAY MEDITATION SERIES

Location: Ihana Yoga St Kilda (level 1, 82 Acland St)
Date: 4x Sundays, 1st, 8th, 15, and 22nd March
Time: 5:30 – 6:30pm
Fee: $80 for all 4 sessions

Meditation is both a tool and a pathway. As a tool it provides a wealth of physical and emotional benefits, including stress relief, heightened creativity and intuition, improved sleep, and a more positive attitude to life; as a pathway meditation helps us discover who we are and connect with a deeper sense of ‘self’.

There are many different types of meditations and no “right” way to meditate .. During the month of March we shall explore a number of different meditation practices including Mindfulness of Breath and Body, and Mantra, as opportunities to quieten the mind and body.  We shall also introduce The Meditation Map a nine-step meditation guide that is designed to support and nourish your personal meditation journey.
